TICKET UPDATES

We’ve made some changes to the fest and this event will now be free. To show our appreciation for your support, we are offering two options if you purchased a ticket before September 10th. 

1. Refund Option: We can issue a full refund for your Saturday, Sunday, or Weekend ticket. Please call 1-800-514-3849 (Etix Ticketing) to request a refund.

OR

2. Exchange Your Ticket for VIP Package: Alternatively, you can apply the amount you already spent towards a VIP Package – filled with premium festival goodies (and we’ll give you $10 off the total cost). Please call 1-800-514-3849 (Etix Ticketing) to request an exchange.

If you bought a ticket AND a VIP Add-On: The refund for your ticket plus $10 has already been processed (refunds take 3-5 business days). To clarify, you will still receive your VIP Package. 

If we don’t hear back by 9/27, we will automatically refund your ticket (within 3-5 business days).

**To pick up your VIP Package, visit our headquarters tent during the fest**
